Was very easy platform to use

Nice, but needs (a little) work

Website is nice, but slow because it updates constantly.

The popups they send won't fit in my laptop's screen [NO SCROLLBAR!!!] so I had to resize (Ctrl+Minus) a few screen sizes in order to reach the OK button. I lost my details inputted twice due to this until I made it so small that I almost couldn't read. Most non-technical folks wouldn't know to do that.

Their password requirements (12-18 chars with Caps, Lowercase, Special Chars, etc) is tighter than alot of Banks -- insane...

As for the Online Editor and its features, they're GREAT!

Just trying to setup an Account, and navigate other popups after completing the Design was hard.

Sigh, poor service from what use to be a good company

Sigh, I did an order through GotPrint today and in the check out process it gave me an arrival date of the 23, right after the payment was entered it then said the 26th. As this was time sensitive and I feel like their system is poorly setup and lies about dates they can actually not meet. I cancelled with them and went with another company that will do what they say they can.
I did call in to explain why this was problem and the CS was like "no that is how the system works" and was super rude and unwilling to listen that this is issue they should look at.
It is not acceptable to have it say one date in the order process and another date 2 minutes after I placed the order. I know that it said the 23rd b/c billing dept actually confirmed that when I called before putting me over to CS dept. If you can't do the thing, just say that.
This is not the first time I have seen this issue. I use to recommend them as printer but I have not been able to in while. I was hoping that their updated system would be better but alas it is not.
Also the CS rep didn't even try to fix this, she just argued with me about their system being not a problem. I would have upped to the next shipping rate if she had mention that. I choose shipping based what their system said would get the project here on time. I am happy to pay money the company that can do what they say they can and in the time frame.
